Natural Heartburn Relief

If there’s one thing I’ve found during my research of heartburn is that there are a lot heartburn relievers and that includes natural heartburn relief.  I believe the natural heartburn remedies are something that you should seriously consider.  I just think taking heartburn medication over a long period of time can take its toll on your body.  So let’s take a look and see what natural heartburn remedies are available today.

Herbal teas are considered a natural heartburn relief and they’re quite common among heartburn sufferers.  If you’re already a tea drinker then this natural heartburn remedy is probably the one for you.  Some of the teas include peppermint, chamomile, ginger, rooibos, and others.

Papaya and pineapple are also considered to be a good natural heartburn relief.  They contain an enzyme called proteolytic, which aids your stomach in the digestion process.  This is a great natural heartburn remedy for meat lovers because the enzyme is very good at aiding in the digestion of meat.  So if meat is a heartburn trigger for you and you can’t do without a nice juicy steak then you should really consider this.

Fresh cabbage and potato juice are a few more foods for heartburn to consider.  I know this doesn’t sound very appealing, but it does work.  If you have a severe heartburn symptom and the choice was between heartburn pain and cabbage juice, which would you choose?  I think the answer to that is obvious!

And finally you have the home remedies for heartburn. These are typically a combination of some of the above natural heartburn remedies. I’ve seen all kinds of home remedies for heartburn from heartburn in early pregnancy to heartburn in a child. These can be found all over the internet, but I don’t know how good they are or if they do anything at all.
